Like Morning Comes, And Spring...
It's the end of February...and so we begin to look more expectantly for signs of spring, like more warmer sunshine...
to tickle icicles into merry melting!
Like gardens emerging...
Like sunny-deck coffee breaks ...
Like morning comes and spring, so tooWe know joy waits beyond grief's dueThe crushed seed that falls to earth's tombRuns rife with life waiting to bloom

John 12:24Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.
Ps.30:5For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.
The night does not remainMorning unveils yon hillThe sun breaks through after the rainSpring follows winter’s chill
And wisdom, hard to earnIs worth waits, fierce and hardRewarding all, willing to learnWith patience, battle-scarred
And though grief lets/lends the partThat love cannot eludeJoy returns and restores the heartTo gladder gratitude
For, though love suffers longMorning is always nearLike a spring-after-winter-songTo plant the heart with cheer
