God, would that we would hearThe call that crowns all callsThen count no other cause more dearNo matter what befalls God, would that we would heedYour still small voice withinAnd take captive each thought and deedThat leads us into sin God, would that we would loveYou, heart, soul, strength and mindCommitted to what You approveThrough grace and truth combined God, would that we would claimYour gift that sets us freeSalvation in no other nameSave Christ of Calvary And would that we would guard Against appeals, more sweetAgainst what does not seem so hardWhen other calls compete But, with the joy of YouAs hope and peace enthrallsWould that we would yield wholly toThe call that crowns all calls Faithful until faith's gloveFrom deathless soul will fall Forever in the presence ofThe final crowning call © Janet Martin :20-21Therefore we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making His appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ: Be reconciled to God. God made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.
